Curcumin Boost
The adult dose for Oshun Health’s Curcumin Boost is 10ml.
Curcumin Boost can be taken any time of day. It can also be added to cold beverages like juices and smoothies – not blended, however as blending can damage the liposomes.
If you’re taking the Curcumin Boost for pain related to chronic inflammation e.g. arthritis and your pain is particularly bad it’s okay to take another dose of Curcumin Boost later in the day.
A few precautions to be noted when taking curcumin:
- If you are on any other medication e.g. arthritis medication, leave three hours between taking the Curcumin Boost and taking the medication as curcumin can impact the way medication is metabolised.
- Discontinue Curcumin Boost two weeks before surgery.
- Limit or avoid Curcumin if you have kidney stones or gout.
- Avoid Curcumin Boost during pregnancy and lactation.
- Curcumin Boost is not suitable for diabetics on insulin or for individuals on blood thinners as curcumin will lower blood sugar levels and also acts as a blood thinner.
For best results, use the Curcumin Boost consistently.
Please take note that for really bad inflammation the Curcumin Boost can take up to 1 month to work and in this time we request that you take it consistently every day.
